Have yourself a merry little Christmas
The last few days have been very relaxing, but such a whirlwind at the same time. When I arrived at my parents house on Monday I thought I would have plenty of time this week and promised you to post my Christmas Eve dress on Thursday in my last post. Well today is Friday and I'm one day late, but that's okay since it's Christmas, right? All of us are super busy trying to soak in as much Cristmas activities as possible. At least it's the most wonderful time of the year! For my part I just really enjoyed quality time with my family and friends in Northern Germany the last few days.
Only two more nights to sleep until it's Sunday and Christmas eve. In Germany we don't celebrate on Christmas morning the 25th. We open presents and have our Christmas dinner at the 24th in the evening. For that occasion I'm sharing my Christmas Eve dress with you today. Of course it needed to be Ted Baker! Right now I'm more than ever leaning towards their feminine shapes and elegant designs. I feel best and most me in very pretty dresses and timeless thoughtful looks that really mirror my personality. The cinched in waist with the cutest patent black belt and the lovely floral print that is so typical for Ted Baker make this dress so special. For extra warmth I love to wear a classic turtleneck underneath a sleeveless dress and I added my timeless Chloé Lauren pumps that will forever be in my closet.
I can't wait to spend Christmas Eve with my family and eat all the good food. Do you have a traditional dish on Christmas? Ours is actually raclette and my sister and my are excited for it the whole year. Wishing you all the most amazing Christmas with your loved ones and thank you so much for following along on Instagram or here on Magnolia Charles. Don't forget that Christmas is about the special people in your life and being together, not about having the perfect table setting or present. But do leave a little sparkle wherever you go.
