Goals for 2018

The last few days I tried to settle in 2018, but honestly I’m still a little bit in holiday coma. Everyone already seem to be tackling their to do lists, organizing their lifes and setting goals. Personally I would like to stay in bed with Julian and hide just a little bit more from life. Never the less I was constantly thinking about my goals for this new year the last few days. I really do love to do some self-reflection and to have a plan in my head. It’s impossible for me to go into a new year without setting goals and intentions and be just like, let’s see what the future brings. That’s definitely not me. On the other hand I had quite a hard time to really find out what I want this year and to define my goals.

Gift Ideas for Her / My Wishlist

There are a lot of Christmas Gift Guides out there that I definitely can't compete with. But as last year I decided to do one with my favorite pieces from the shops aka a gift guide for her aka my wishlist. Of course all of those things are just wishes and pieces I truly love and this is not a wishlist that I would give my family. All of them are extremely precious and I just love to dream up this lust list on the blog with you.

His and Hers Holiday Looks

It’s the official time to kick off the Christmas season and I’m planning a lot of more put together feminine and elegant looks for the upcoming weeks. I’m practically in the Christmas mood since the beginning of November and right now I could squeal of excitement for the fun month ahead of us. This weekend I already watched some Christmas movies, played the Michael Buble Christmas playlist up and down and planned for some winter activities that I’m keen to do this season. But not only do I look forward to Christmas lights, food and atmosphere, I’m also more than keen to dress up and wear all the pretty dresses and coats.

What I’m thankful for

Technically we are not celebrating Thanksgiving in Germany, but there are so many festivities that find their way from the USA to other countries. Personally I would love to celebrate Thanksgiving, since I think it’s the perfect time to get together with family and friends and be thankful for what we have and self-reflect on our blessings. I thought it would be a good idea to write down what I’m thankful for this year, since there are so many wonderful things in my life that I’m thankful for each day. Of course I’m trying to remind myself of my blessings each day, but during this special time of the year I’m extra grateful.
