Blair Waldorf College Chic

Blair Waldorf inspired outfit

Outfit Details:

Ted Baker Cape, Claudie Pierlot Skirt, Mango Blouse (old), Coach Borough Bag, Chloé Lauren Pumps, Mint&Berry Beret Cap

For this outfit I was obviously totally inspired by Blair Waldorf’s style. She has exactly the style I would envision myself if I had a ton of money left for shopping or if I was a fictional TV series figure. On the other hand I have definitely no aspects of her character in case you were wondering. But her feminine and preppy style is legendary and of course totally the result of a stylist. Never the less I reckon Blair Waldorf as a fictional person to my style icons and am consistently inspired by her style. That Gossip Girl ended already a few years ago only shows the true classic style, since I still love nearly every outfit she wears.

For todays look I especially took inspiration from here Constance outfits, where she was wearing this color combo, capes and headpieces very often. But since I never have dressed like this in highschool not to mention I’m a grown up person that’s already out of university, I rather just took the College inspiration and converted it into a chic Autumnal outfit.

The center piece of this look is by far this stunning Ted Baker cape in the most beautiful color combination. The quality and design is amazing and it’s so unique that you could also easily wear it with black pants and flats, but still have a stylish outfit.

One of my favourite purchases lately, that probably gets a little lost under the cape, is the dark navy Claudie Pierlot skirt. I’m wearing it at least one time per weak and always feel like my true self in it. The classic A line and the maritime vibe makes it easy to combine with all kind of tops (especially love it with white blouses and striped shirts) and with either flats or heels and both bare legged or with tights.

The cute beret cap makes the dot on the i and there you have your Blair Waldorf inspired College look.
